Local by design.
Shared across your factory.

Factory Flow runs on your own Windows PC or server. Shop-floor devices access a shared system across LAN/Wi-Fi.

ONE FACTORY SYSTEM

Production data
stays local.

The factory PC/server hosts the application, shared data and file storage. Other PCs, phones and tablets access it through the local network.

Public internet is not required for production operation.

DEPLOYMENT IN PRACTICE

Start with one real process.

A local trial is the opportunity to check the workflow, network and devices against your factory’s needs.

01

Prepare the host

Choose the Windows factory PC/server and local network access for the intended devices.

02

Configure your factory

Create processes, routes, fields, employees and skill-based permissions.

03

Run a trial job

Test worker contributions, quality decisions, labels and production visibility.

04

Plan data protection

Use backup/restore and agree ownership of backups and local IT operations.

Questions before a local trial.

Does production need public internet?

No. The product is LAN-first and public internet is not required for production operation. Discuss any commercial/licensing requirements separately before deployment.

Can Admin use another factory PC?

The shared factory system is accessed across LAN/Wi-Fi, so permitted roles can use suitable connected devices.

Does it replace our ERP?

Factory Flow focuses on execution, quality and traceability. Your existing ERP continues to handle the broader business. ERP-specific connections need separate assessment.

What hardware should we use?

Exact Windows, hardware and network requirements should be confirmed for the product build and your expected workload before committing to a deployment.

Is there a cloud production database?

The stated deployment model keeps the shop-floor data on the factory’s local Windows PC/server.
