FACTORY FLOW / PRODUCT

Built around
your factory’s flow.

A practical manufacturing workflow layer for digital route cards, shop-floor execution, quality and traceability.

Try Factory Flow

01 / FACTORY CONFIGURATION

Your workflow is the starting point.

Set up the factory once, then give each role the view and work it needs.

01

Processes & route templates

Build the manufacturing sequence your jobs actually follow.

02

Custom process fields

Configure text, numbers, quantities, decisions, documents and evidence for each process.

03

Employees & skill matrix

Assign permitted work based on employee skills and configured roles.

04

Job profiles & live amendments

Reuse job setup and make controlled changes to the route as production needs evolve.

05

Factory themes

Configure the visual appearance of the Factory Flow application.

06

Supporting factory records

Use quality trends, shift handover, part/process history and controlled job/shift notes.

A digital traveller
for each job.

Job number, part number, quantity, due date, priority, drawings, documents and notes stay connected to the route.

Track operations and job history as workers contribute and quality reviews the parts.

02 / ROLE-BASED WORK

One platform. Purposeful views.

Configure, execute, release, monitor and verify.

03 / LABELS THAT BELONG TO YOUR FACTORY

Design the label.
Preserve the release.

Admin’s drag-and-drop canvas supports millimetre dimensions, draggable and resizable elements, text, dynamic fields, PNG/JPEG logos, shapes, Code 128, Code 39 and QR.

Layers, undo/redo and event/default templates help configure the label. Print, reprint and retain an immutable historical release-label snapshot. Reprints are audited.

The destination is part of the job.

Configure named options such as Bay 3, Shelf A2, Packing, Goods Out or External Process. Select one on Create Job and carry it into Final Inspection and the release-label template.

This is a final-location instruction; it does not track warehouse inventory or downstream logistics.
